We really hope you love your GIR products. But if you're unhappy for any reason, or have changed your mind about wanting them, we'll take them back within 21 days of delivery receipt. Returns and exchanges must be unused and in original packaging (because otherwise we can't find a new home for them!). Original shipping charge will be refunded, however Customer is responsible for return postage.
